Escaping war, a Syrian writer seeks asylum in Germany with his family. On the escape route he lost his wife so that only he and his daughter are left. Khashayar Mostafavi is an Iranian filmmaker and writer with a master in Film Directing from the Tarbiat Modares University. He has directed two feature-length political documentaries Our Cherry Orchard and Fight Me, and several other short films. His most recent films is: Fight me (2015). Before that he made many documentaries and fiction short films such as, 30 Years of Loneliness (2012) and Anti-Love (2008).
