Undocument bears witness to four journeys of longing and love, immigration and identity as one cinematic vision. Based on factual research and personal stories, the film explores the challenges illegal immigrants –the ‚undocumented‘ – face every day.
Kyla is an award winning writer and director based in London. She graduated with an MA with distinction from The London Film School in 2013, with her film The Interpreter, which has been nominated for several awards. Kyla’s documentary Silver Rails was licensed by BBCiPlayer.
Amin was born in Ahvaz, Iran. He studied at the London Film School. Deep Breath is his graduation project, which he wrote and directed and his new short Cold Birth is currently in post-production.
